The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

This is an exciting 10-month fixed term role that will develop and execute international campaign strategies for the Columbia & Epic label rosters. You will be responsible for effectively and creatively managing a number of international campaigns across an eclectic roster of superstar and developing artists and tracks, working closely with both the UK labels and international markets on development and execution.

What you'll do:

  • Bring a modern and proactive approach to building international marketing campaigns for our artists.
  • Work closely with the International digital lead and collaborate cross company with the UK labels and central teams (Commercial Partnerships, Strategy & Insight) to develop and align strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the International markets to implement campaign rollout, localizing activations as needed and ensuring good communication throughout regarding strategy, asset delivery, campaign updates etc.
  • Monitor data/dashboards to inform plans and strategy.
  • Regular, comprehensive updates for artist management and UK labels as campaign progresses.
  • Become a core part of the artist’s Sony team, contributing to the success of their music globally.

  • Previous experience in an International Marketing or Digital role, managing major artist campaigns.
  • Open to candidates from a Domestic label background.
  • Globally minded with a deep knowledge of the international music landscape.
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive, driven to seek out opportunities and take on exploratory projects.
  • Digitally savvy, with extensive knowledge of social media, and familiar with using data to inform marketing strategy.
  • Ability to work across a varied roster managing several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented, an excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well as part of a team.
  • You must be passionate about music and the music industry.
