The Brand Partnerships Intern has the opportunity to work across a multitude of disciplines, not limited to: marketing, account management, artist relations, digital, planning and research, production and creative. The candidate's time will be split between general tasks such as finance admin and copywriting for comms assets as well as time being allocated to more creative projects including artist ideation sessions and pitching to a variety of external brand partners.

The Brand Partnerships team are an integral part of 4th Floor Creative. We are a diverse, fast-paced and integrated team who deliver partnership opportunities for artists and labels across the Sony Music roster.

Role Overview:

Ways of Working

  • Office attendance: Monday to Thursday
  • Offsite working: You will be required to attend a range of events in and out of office hours

What you’ll do:

  • Team support - general admin tasks; invoicing, PO generation, team diary management, gig/event invite organisation
  • Deck building and research - collecting stats and visuals for presentations and answering briefs
  • Artist/Label relations - acting as a point of contact for peers across the wider labels and department
  • Daily reporting on marketing and brand campaigns
  • Helping team with billing, POs and assorted finance admin related tasks (car bookings, raising invoices, updating key trackers, etc)
  • Attendance and support at artist and brand shoots
  • Artist gifting coordination

Who you are:

Essential:

  • Active interest in brand marketing, advertising and wider creative culture
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Passionate about the music industry
  • Proactive in your approach to work

Nice to have:

  • Keen interest in additional entertainment verticals (e.g., sport, film, art)
  • Experience in music or entertainment related projects/campaigns

Process Overview:

Applications open August 10th at 10:00 and close August 24th at 10:00. Candidates whose applications are selected will be invited to complete a video interview between September 28th and October 3rd. Candidates who pass this stage will then be invited to the final stage of the process, an in-person assessment centre in early November. We will send further information on this stage before the date arrives. Successful applicants will start in January 2027.
