What you\\\'ll do:

  • Collaborations & Relationship Management: Act as the Digital Partnerships point person for gathering music, release information, artist images and video assets on new music releases from Sony Music UK’s labels, for the purpose of pitching to the streaming partners and communicating to Sony’s Digital Partnerships teams internationally
  • Release Schedule Ownership: Maintain Sony Music UK’s release schedules to ensure that they are current and accurate, and distribute bespoke schedules to the streaming partners
  • Weekly Releases Pitching: Help our Partnerships Managers manage their pitch process of new releases and trending tracks to streaming partners (including booster pitches) to ensure optimal visibility and engagement for these releases
  • Best Practice Education: Support our Partnerships Managers in educating Sony Music UK teams on best practices for growing an artist’s audience on each streaming platform, including creating sharable resources and keeping these updated
  • Partner Meetings: Support our Partnerships Managers to plan and host regular music meetings with the streaming partners, and with our labels and artist’s teams

Who you are:

  • Passionate about music and music culture
  • Tenacious, motivated and curious, eager to learn and ready to get stuck in
  • You have some previous experience as an assistant or coordinator supporting a busy team
  • You will be able to manage your time autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively to successfully fulfil your responsibilities
  • You have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • You have strong proactive communication skills as you will need to quickly build relationships with multiple stakeholders within the business and with external partners
