As the Columbia Catalogue Strategist, you will develop and implement catalogue marketing strategies for a diverse range of Columbia artists, focusing on both development and established acts, particularly targeting the old frontline aged 6-42 months. Your role will collaborate with the wider Columbia marketing team to explore opportunities to enhance artist profiles, expand audiences, and deepen fan engagement through innovative digital and physical activations, including campaigns, tours, trending tracks, anniversaries, milestones, cultural moments, and sync placements. You will also leverage the expertise of the Commercial Group Catalogue team to support campaign success. This role offers scope to shape the label’s strategy for artist catalogues, requiring a passion for music and artists, teamwork, and innovative marketing skills committed to excellence. What you\’ll do: Manage marketing for a core roster of Columbia artists, integrating catalogue promotion into campaigns, with a focus on aged 6-42 months. Monitor catalogue activity across the roster and identify new opportunities. Lead global catalogue marketing initiatives to increase streaming, physical sales, and fan engagement. Identify new audience growth opportunities via technology, media, digital, and advertising, emphasizing CRM and first-party data. Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including artist management, and provide regular performance reports. Set campaign objectives and KPIs using data and audience insights, monitor performance, and analyze post-campaign results. Oversee the creation and rollout of marketing materials, including creative assets, promotional content, videos, ads, and physical formats. Manage campaign budgets, P&L, and forecasts in collaboration with finance. Who you are: Artist-focused, with a passion for Columbia’s diverse roster.
