We are looking for a highly organised, hardworking and motivated person to join our A&R team in an admin manager capacity.
What you'll do:
- Managing recording budgets and payments
- Overseeing payment of advances
- Managing the recording process and delivery of assets to AWAL
- CMS entry and dealflow management
- Artist liaison across the AWAL roster and potential AWAL artists
- Travel booking for the senior A&R team
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with mastering studios and engineers to ensure that the work carried out by these parties is done so in an efficient manner and to the highest standards
- Dealing with general enquiries
Who you are:
- You will have at least three years’ experience within one of the following: A&R Admin for a record label, Producer management, Studio management
- Highly organised individual with proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a high level of attention to detail
- Quick learner with drive and curiosity to own processes and improve them with a real hunger to learn
- Outstanding communication and strong relationship building skills
- Passionate about new music and working with new talent
- Flexible attitude and ability to work well under pressure
