Partner Sourcing Group delivers class‑leading service, tools, process, and support to our development teams and provides internal coordination and cost efficiencies across the business. The PSG aligns various business functions toward a unified objective: ensuring the swift and seamless onboarding of our partners.

PSG seeks a Manager of Partner Sourcing to join the team. You will work with the Director of Partner Sourcing to deliver concierge services for SIE’s studio clients and lead a team of Specialists providing support across the business and to vendor partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Specialists and ensure high‑touch, low‑friction concierge support to development studio and internal business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Studio Outsourcing Managers, InfoSec Analysts, Finance, and Legal, to ensure Partner arrangements align with project requirements, budgets, and organisational policies.
  • Identify opportunities and drive process improvements and risk mitigation for how the team operates and delivers its services.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of vendor engagements, associated costs, and provide metrics as needed to PSS colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Outsourcing Management, Business Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent team leadership and mentorship skills, with a record of enabling a team to do their best work and provide exceptional service.
  • Record of delivering scalable solutions and driving process improvements in the development or publishing of AAA video games.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work, from documentation to execution.
