This role leads the operational planning, orchestration and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across PlayStation Store, PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Direct, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time and to the highest creative standards.

Managing a team of campaign and production specialists, you will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, creative optimisation and operational excellence across multiple workstreams. Working closely with Creative, Media, Commercial, Analytics and external agency partners, you will ensure seamless execution of high-profile campaigns while continually improving processes, workflows and creative effectiveness. What you’ll be doing

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for campaign delivery across Store, Plus and Direct.
    • Set priorities, allocate resources and ensure delivery against business objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Support career development, performance management and mentoring across the team.
  • Campaign Delivery
    • Own the end‑to‑end orchestration of digital marketing campaigns from briefing through to launch and post‑campaign review.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards across all customer touchpoints.
    • Oversee campaign planning, asset readiness, localisation, QA and launch governance.
    • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns across global and regional stakeholders.
  • Creative Operations & Optimisation
    • Drive creative planning and optimisation across campaign execution.
    • Champion scalable creative frameworks, templates and best practices to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with creative, media and production teams to continually improve campaign execution.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Build strong relationships with Creative, Media, Commercial, Analytics and agency partners.
    • Lead cross‑functional planning sessions, status meetings and campaign reviews.
    • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure consistent delivery against SLAs and campaign objectives.
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on campaign health, risks and delivery priorities.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Own campaign governance, production workflows and delivery processes.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardisation and workflow optimisation.
    • Develop documentation, reporting frameworks and best practices that support scaling campaign delivery.
    • Ensure campaign risks, dependencies and blockers are proactively managed.
  • Measurement & Reporting
    • Monitor campaign delivery performance and operational KPIs.
    • Partner with Analytics teams to review campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
    • Use insights to improve future campaign execution and creative effectiveness.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience leading digital campaign delivery, marketing operations or go‑to‑market execution.
  • Previous experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Strong background delivering large‑scale digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with creative production, asset management and campaign operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple complex workstreams.
  • Experience managing external agencies and production vendors.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, optimisation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within gaming, entertainment, technology or digital subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and subscription products.
  • Experience supporting creative operations at scale.
  • Exposure to localisation, dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) or template‑based campaign production.
  • Understanding of CRM, paid media and digital marketing ecosystems.
