Role Overview

This position is a temporary engagement through our staffing partner Yoh Services. The anticipated duration of this engagement will vary and will be a minimum of 12 months. We require someone to be onsite in our Liverpool office for 2‑3 days per week. As an Associate Vendor Analyst, you will assist with vendor research, rate comparison, and service quality evaluations. The role is critical in laying the foundation for effective vendor management by providing essential support to senior vendor management team members. You will participate in data collection, review, and analysis tasks, contributing to reports that aid in strategic decision‑making processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research, compare, and evaluate vendor capabilities.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and create reports to ensure accurate analysis, feedback, and improvement.
  • Approve hours worked by vendors via reporting systems according to DSRs, liaising with vendor PMs and internal team leads as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling vendor engagements (meetings) online.
  • Maintain records of proposed, declined, allocated, and cancelled vendor workload.
  • Update outsourced vendor headcount data points and rates via internal databases.
  • Review outstanding Vendor Management tasks daily.
  • Contribute to department or individual projects.
