b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the design and ongoing evolution of Workday HCM capabilities within SIE’s global People Technology platform. You will act as a senior technical and functional authority for Core HCM, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant configurations and data integrity. You will influence platform design decisions and contribute to end-to-end Workday delivery in a globally consistent Agile environment. This is your chance to shape how HR systems empower the organization and support worldwide operations. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead complex Core HCM configuration design and platform evolution /li li Configure core Workday HCM components (supervisory structures, job families, locations, worker profiles) /li li Design and optimize Workday Business Processes (Hire, Transfer, Promote, Terminate, Job Change) /li li Manage domain security policies and data privacy compliance /li li Define scalable configuration patterns and governance /li li Provide technical leadership across workstreams and ensure solution quality /li li Guide analysts in solution design and delivery and ensure platform standards /li li Collaborate with HR, Integration, Data, and Architecture to deliver end-to-end solutions /li li Oversee reporting solutions and calculated fields for core HCM and downstream processes /li li Drive platform reliability, continuous improvement, and governance practices /li li Ensure alignment with global policies, regulatory requirements, and downstream dependencies (e.g., payroll) /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8+ years of experience with enterprise platforms and Workday /li li Expertise in Core HCM design, eligibility rules, calculated fields, and BPs /li li Ability to own and lead complex configuration domains and define design patterns /li li Strong understanding of cross-regional HCM processes and regulatory contexts /li li Proven ability to translate business rules into scalable configurations /li li Troubleshooting complex configuration issues including calculation logic /li li Hands-on experience building Workday reports and Security configurations /li li Experience with mass data uploads using EIB tools /li li Experience across multiple Workday domains and cross-domain dependencies /li li Ability to mentor analysts and guide solution design /li /ul ul li Consulting and stakeholder management /li li Excellent communication and problem-solving /li li Strong collaboration and cross-functional influence /li li Workday Core HCM /li li Workday reporting and calculated fields /li li Workday Security configuration /li /ul
