Overview

In this role you help developers and publishers succeed on PlayStation by providing expert network support and guidance. You will deepen your understanding of PlayStation network services, APIs, and tooling, translating complex documentation into practical solutions. You’ll investigate issues, coordinate with global teams, and improve developer experiences through tooling and processes. This position offers the chance to influence how partners integrate with PlayStation platforms and to work across a multicultural, international group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to developers and publishers via multiple channels and events
  • Master PlayStation network services, APIs, and tools and help partners implement solutions
  • Investigate issues, coordinate escalations with internal teams
  • Collaborate across SIE regions to resolve partner issues and enhance developer experience
  • Serve as a technical liaison with Third Party Relations, Store Operations, Consumer Services, Policy, Product, and SDK teams
  • Document and communicate partner feedback and recurring challenges to engineering and product teams
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of developer-facing tools, services, and internal processes
  • Participate in project work: enhance tools, create new solutions, and automate workflows
  • Deliver technical training and presentations to developers and publishers

Key requirements

  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, C/C++, XML, HTML)
  • Understanding of APIs, web services, networking concepts, or online service technologies
  • Experience in digital technologies, software development, technical support, or gaming industry
  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-priority collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
