Sony Europe is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to our Pan-European leadership teams. In this role, you’ll champion organisational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning, ensuring our people agenda delivers real business impact. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of people agenda, program and policies defined by HR Europe Centre of Expertise (COEs) and Global HR, and with input from the People Services function for ensuring that any legal considerations are considered. You will provide daily HR guidance to leadership teams and advise on / resolve complex employee issues. Supporting leadership teams to promote and create a positive work environment while acting as a change agent and a single point of contact for HR matters within a specific business unit.
You Will
- Build strong, influential partnerships with business leaders, providing data-driven HR guidance and support.
- Act as a consultant, coach, and mentor to leadership, challenging and supporting them on business and people issues.
- Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, collaborating with Centres of Expertise to address challenges.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives.
- Support and implement restructuring and change management processes, ensuring legal compliance.
- Champion talent development and mobility, encouraging growth through projects, programmes, and international assignments.
- Proactively propose and deliver initiatives to boost engagement and foster a positive organisational culture.
- Analyse HR metrics and dashboards, translating insights into actionable strategies for leadership.
- Represent HR at business meetings, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe to deliver consistent, innovative HR solutions.
- Ensure best practice and compliance in all HR processes, partnering closely with People Services and Centres of Expertise.
- Support leadership in interpreting employee feedback and driving action plans for continuous improvement.
