We are seeking an EU Category Head for Camera Lenses and Accessories, joining our Pan-European Product Marketing team. You should have a deep understanding of cameras and lenses, and how to drive business using our leading market position to ensure growth across your categories. Once established within the company, your unique perspective and creative expertise will help find new angles to improve sales, profit, and growth. You should have experience working with internal commercial teams, forecasting, presenting and justifying analysis and proposals to leadership, and working with country teams to drive alignment and agendas.
You Will
- Maximize Sales, Profit, and attachment ratio with camera body
- Define product line-up strategy for Europe and manage product lifecycle from Launch to EOL
- Define and implement Marketing strategy at European level
- Define and implement Channel strategy at European level
- In-depth market knowledge to identify opportunities and risks
- Implement sell-out driven operation to minimize inventory risk
You Will Bring
- Experience in consumer and professional electronics or fast-paced industry
- Knowledge of the Digital Imaging industry is a strong advantage
- Experience in analysis-driven product/marketing/commercial positioning
- Experience to manage, deal and influence within an international environment
- Previous responsibility over sales budgets
- Understanding and usage of critical metric setting and return on investment
- Experience and ability in presentations
- Willingness to travel to visit local EU markets (once per quarter)
