Introduction
The role-holder will carry out a unique, hybrid role, assisting two sister‑departments within Administration.
The role-holder will be required to communicate/liaise with various internal stakeholders, use internal and external databases and demonstrate strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

What You'll Do
- Review the registration status via Song View on our Royalty Portal.
- Full review of new catalogue song data, ensuring worldwide registrations are in place and accounted for.
- Run reports from the in‑house database and analyse data to identify possible gaps in income for the team to review.
- Gather relevant royalty statements and other historical documentation (client contracts etc.) to support SMP’s audit procedures.
