Our visual identity runs through everything we do, from digital campaigns and print to product graphics, packaging, and in-store experiences. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s excited to grow their skills while helping bring the &SONS brand to life across all touchpoints.
The Role
As a Graphic Designer at &SONS, you’ll support the design team across brand, marketing, and product. You’ll work on a wide range of creative projects, helping to create and apply visual concepts across both digital and traditional media, while learning how a strong brand is built and maintained. This is a great opportunity for a designer who’s keen to learn, take feedback on board, and develop their craft within a brand-led environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual assets that align with the &SONS brand
- Design and adapt marketing materials for digital and print, including web, social, email, and in-store assets
- Support layout design for campaigns, lookbooks, and brand communications
- Help apply the brand across the product range, including graphics, labels, packaging, and supporting materials
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver consistent brand application
- Manage tasks and deadlines with guidance from senior designers
Software & Tools: Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Willingness to learn new tools and improve technical skills.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to refine work
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and develop
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback on board
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks with support
Education & Experience
- Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- A portfolio showing creativity, layout skills, and an interest in brand design (student or personal work welcome)
