This is a full-time hybrid role based in London (Vauxhall) for a Logistics and Operations Executive. The role involves coordinating day-to-day supply chain operations, executing demand and movement plans, and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and customers as well as internal teams. You will also report on inventory levels, deliver data to inform strategic decisions, and work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and maintain high product quality while supporting the Supply Chain & Ops Associate and Head of Supply Chain and Operations.
What we want you to do:
- Stock Movement & Inventory Management
- Coordinate inter-company and cross-border stock movements between the UK, Ireland, and Germany.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs regarding stock model updates and monthly reconciliations.
- Logistics Coordination
- Manage daily logistics operations with our European warehouse (Netherlands), ensuring timely pick/pack operations and dispatch.
- Plan and oversee shipments to Amazon Germany FBA, including preparation of shipment plans, carton labels, pack-off documentation, and shipping compliance.
- Schedule and track freight movements with carriers and 3PL partners.
- Ensure all documents required for EU shipping (CMR, invoices, packing lists) are accurate and fully compliant.
- Amazon FBA Replenishment (Germany)
- Prepare shipment plans in Seller Central / SP-API-compatible systems following internal SOPs.
- Work with warehouse teams (e.g., subcontracted pack-off partners) to execute FBA preparation requirements including labelling, bundling, packaging, and palletisation.
- Monitor FBA receiving performance, reconcile Amazon inbound discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate stock pack-off volumes in line with forecast and Days of Supply calculations.
- International Logistics & Shipping
- Oversee international shipments from the UK to IE and Germany, ensuring compliance with customs, GDP/GMP where applicable, and local regulations.
- Liaise with customs brokers via Freight Forwarder where required to ensure the smooth flow of goods across borders.
- Maintain and monitor shipping lead times, escalating significant variances.
- Ensure accurate HS codes, commercial invoices, and duties-related details are maintained.
- Operational Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of all inbound, outbound, and transfer transactions.
- Support monthly reporting requirements on inventory, variances, logistics KPIs, and stock forecasting updates.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the Supply Chain & Ops Associate and Head of Supply Chain and Operations.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of logistics SOPs.
