This is a full-time hybrid role based in London (Vauxhall) for a sharp, creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our in‑house team. Video sits at the centre of how we show up - helping us explain complex health topics simply, build trust, and drive growth across paid and organic. You’ll be making social‑first video that creates action - clear, engaging and built to perform. Working within our growing content team and with a focus on building our paid video content engine, you’ll bring the Sons mission and our medical expertise to life in a way people understand and act on.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, shoot and edit video built for paid social.
  • Work closely with the brand team to get the most out of every shoot, capturing ideas that can be reused, tested and scaled across formats.
  • Deliver clean, performance‑ready edits - colour, sound, captions and simple motion where needed.
  • Create multiple versions of each idea - cut‑downs, hooks and variations - tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Turn complex or sensitive health topics into content people understand - clear, human and easy to follow.
  • Work closely with our growth team to make sure performance insights are feeding your outputs.
  • Keep footage and files organised, so everything’s easy to find, re-use and build on.
  • Bring ideas - not just execution. Stay close to what’s changing in video, social and paid, and feed that back into the work.

A bit about you:

  • 3+ years shooting and editing video, with a strong portfolio or showreel. Ideally includes social‑first work that’s built to perform.
  • Confident using video editing tools.
  • Strong grasp of camera fundamentals, plus lighting and sound.
  • Good eye for what works - framing, pacing, colour and story.
  • Clear understanding of how video lands on platforms like Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Comfortable working with UGC and patient‑filmed footage, while keeping quality high.
  • Organised, able to juggle multiple projects, and turn work around quickly without cutting corners.
  • Easy to work with - collaborative, proactive, and happy working across teams in a fast‑moving environment.
