Job Summary The Head of Customer Success will own, manage, and scale Sons’ customer success team within D2C and Amazon.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 6 agents.
The role is responsible for overseeing the function and the associated tooling, KPI reporting and budget management, The successful candidate will had strong experience in leading a customer success function or managing a team within a CS function.
