Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, you'll lead our Information Security governance alongside our Data & Development function, ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant and fit for the future while driving innovation across the business.

The role As Info Sec, Data & Development Manager, you'll be responsible for leading Boots Hearingcare's Information Security governance whilst managing our Data & Development team, ensuring we continue to deliver secure, innovative and reliable technology solutions that support colleagues and customers alike.

You'll: Lead Boots Hearingcare's Information Security governance framework, ensuring compliance with ISO27001, GDPR, PCI DSS and other regulatory standards.

Drive a proactive approach to cyber security, risk management, audits, vulnerability management and incident response.

Lead and develop the Data & Development team responsible for in-house web systems, development planning, testing and data provisioning.

Champion secure software development practices and embed security throughout the development lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data engineering to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Produce governance reporting, risk updates and security metrics for senior leadership.

Build strong relationships across the business, working closely with IT, external partners and Sonova colleagues.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing technical team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of ISO27001, GDPR, PCI DSS and security risk management.

Experience leading development and data teams delivering business-critical systems.

A solid understanding of secure software development lifecycle (Secure SDLC) principles.

Experience driving AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Proven leadership experience, developing high-performing technical teams.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or ISO27001 Lead Implementer (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
