The clinic environment:
- A welcoming reception and consultation space
- Structured appointment systems and diaries
- Strong clinical, operational, and admin support
- Close collaboration with Audiologists and store teams

The Role:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and professional welcome
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and reschedules
- Make daily confirmation calls to help reduce no-shows
- Respond to general enquiries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare
- Engage with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings
- Support clinic administration, including payments, stock control, and filing
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment
This is a store-based role, working 5 days per week, including some weekends.
