As an IT Service Desk Associate, you will be:
- Logging, prioritising and resolving service desk tickets using ServiceNow
- Providing 1st line technical support to colleagues across departments and stores
- Keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring minimal business disruption
- Maintaining stock levels and supporting new store IT setups
- Liaising with external suppliers to resolve technical issues
- Supporting the delivery and testing of new system functionality
- Taking part in wider IT projects and occasional out-of-hours support when needed
