About the Role: HR Associate (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Hybrid- 3 days inLlandudno Boots Hearingcare Head office with travel to Sonova Head office Warrington, 2 days from home.

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (6 months)

As we work towards implementing a new HR Shared Services (SS) model, we’re looking for an HR Associate to provide essential support across core HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic organisation.

As a HR Associate, you will:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
  • Assist with documentation and process updates related to the HR SS transition.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation. • Travel to the Sonova Head Office in Warrington as required.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in an HR
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach to work
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Use of ADP and Success factors is a plus) and Microsoft Office
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is a plus.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
