In this role you will oversee two Boots Hearingcare clinics, delivering high-quality, customer-centric hearing care with clinical autonomy.
You will strengthen long-term relationships with clients while working closely with Boots Hearingcare and Sonova to leverage cutting-edge technology.
You’ll manage the full patient journey, from diagnostics to recommended solutions, and contribute to strategic growth across the network.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from the full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends to meet demand
- Key requirements
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
