The role As a Website Manager, you’ll:
- Own the operational performance, stability, and security of the website and app
- Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
- Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
- Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
- Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, cookies, accessibility, and security standards
- Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
- Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e-commerce performance
- Work with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver enhancements
