The role As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Lead regional clusters to deliver commercial, operational, and customer performance targets
- Coach, develop, and support Cluster Managers and regional leadership teams
- Drive sales growth, productivity, and continuous improvement across the region
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve underperformance
- Conduct regular cluster and store visits to assess performance and provide coaching
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer care and service quality across all locations
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development across the region
- Manage regional budgets and operational performance
- Identify opportunities for growth, revenue improvement, and cost efficiencies
- Support network planning, including new store openings and operational changes
- Lead engagement initiatives and help foster a high-performance culture aligned to Sonova values
- Handle escalated operational, customer, and people-related issues effectively
