The role As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building trust and long-term relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, may include weekend working and some evenings, to meet customer demand
Progression & development We’re investing in the next generation of clinical leaders. This role offers clear progression opportunities into:
- Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist positions
- Lead / Mentor roles, supporting the development of newly qualified clinicians
- Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow
