The role involves:
- Taking full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Delivering high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Acting as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Supporting customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommending solutions from our full product portfolio
- Working flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
Progression & development opportunities include:
- Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
- Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians
- Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow
