The role:

  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

Progression & development:

  • This role offers clear progression into Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
  • Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians
