The clinic environment: You’ll work within a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support a smooth, professional customer journey, including:
- A welcoming reception and consultation space
- Structured appointment systems and diaries
- Strong clinical, operational, and admin support
- Close collaboration with Audiologists and store teams
Everything is built around delivering a calm, organised, and reassuring experience for every customer.
The Role: As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and professional welcome
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and reschedules
- Make daily confirmation calls to help reduce no-shows
- Respond to general enquiries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare
- Engage with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings
- Support clinic administration, including payments, stock control, and filing
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment
This is a store-based role, location of work - Cardiff and Cyncoed Medical Centre. 3 days per week (Alternate Mondays and Saturdays) Plus every Tuesday and Wednesday.
