If you're an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who enjoys variety, clinical autonomy, and commercial impact, and you're looking for a role that goes beyond being tied to a single clinic, this could be your next move. This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, supporting a group of established clinics across the East/West Midlands area, working pattern will be Tuesday- Saturday.
You'll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care—backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova. No constant firefighting. No being stretched without support. Just the trust, flexibility, and backing to deliver outstanding care where it's needed most.
The multi-store environment includes:

This role is about impact and influence, not just filling gaps.
As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist you'll:
- Provide continuity and stability across the region
- Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
- Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required
- Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

What we're looking for:
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years' post‐qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer‐focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own Car.
