The role As a Website Manager, you’ll:

  • Own the operational performance, stability, and security of the website and app
  • Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
  • Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
  • Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
  • Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
  • Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
  • Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e‑commerce performance
  • Work with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver enhancements

  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
