If you’re a Brand or Marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, influencing customer behaviour, and seeing tangible results- this could be your next move. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across Boots Hearingcare, supporting store performance, new openings, and brand growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and regional teams to ensure our brand remains front of mind and continues to drive customer engagement.

The marketing environment: You’ll operate within a fast-paced, commercially focused marketing team, working across multiple campaigns and initiatives that directly support business performance.

The role offers:

The role as a Brand Manager (12-Month FTC) includes:

  • Delivering local marketing campaigns to drive hearing test bookings and brand awareness
  • Collaborating with agencies and internal teams to execute marketing activity
  • Supporting marketing and PR activity for new store openings
  • Managing the creation, organisation, and distribution of POS and printed materials
  • Using data and insights to measure campaign performance and optimise future activity
  • Managing marketing administration including purchase orders, invoices, and queries
  • Ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials to stores via internal systems

You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are not only delivered- but delivered effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns (local or national)
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
  • Experience managing POS or printed marketing materials
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and improve campaign performance
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
