If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology, this could be your next step. This is a part-time position working 3 days, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will have the autonomy to own a high performing, established clinic in Newcastle Upon Tyne, supported by a strong and loyal customer base, with the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova behind you.
The clinic environment includes:

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
This role offers clear progression into:
- Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
- Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians
- Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow

What we’re looking for:
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
