For more than 75 years, Sennheiser has been setting the benchmark for premium sound, trusted by music lovers, creators and professionals across the world.

Today, as part of the Sonova Group, we're continuing to grow our Consumer Hearing business and we're looking for an exceptional National Account Manager to help drive the next chapter.

If you're passionate about developing strategic retail partnerships, influencing commercial decisions and delivering sustainable growth, this is an opportunity to represent a brand that's recognised globally for innovation, quality and performance.

This isn't about maintaining customer accounts, it’s about becoming a trusted commercial partner to some of the UK's most important retailers and helping shape how one of the world's leading audio brands continues to grow.

You’ll have the autonomy to influence customer strategy, lead commercial conversations, identify new growth opportunities and build long‑term partnerships that deliver value for both our customers and our business.

Working alongside UK and global teams, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to product launches, retail strategy, commercial planning and customer experience initiatives while representing a brand people genuinely aspire to own.

This role is about developing strategic partnerships, not simply managing customer accounts.

As a National Account Manager, you'll become the commercial lead for a portfolio of strategic retail partners.

  • You’ll
  • Develop ambitious Joint Business Plans that deliver sustainable commercial growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across key retail accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Work alongside Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to deliver impactful retail campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insight to shape future strategy.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience through proactive account management and collaboration.
  • Represent Sennheiser Consumer Hearing at customer meetings, retail events and industry exhibitions.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships while driving profitable, long‑term business growth.

What you’ll be doing

You'll be someone who naturally builds relationships, enjoys influencing others and is motivated by delivering results.

  • Experience managing strategic or national retail accounts.
  • A track record of delivering commercial growth and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to build credibility with customers at every level.
  • Confidence using insight and data to develop commercial strategy.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for premium brands and customer experience.

Experience within Consumer Electronics or another fast‑paced retail environment would be advantageous.

  • What’s in it for you
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Life assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Ongoing learning and development
  • Career progression within the global Sonova Group
