The clinic environment:

  • You’ll work within a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support a smooth, professional customer journey, including:
  • A welcoming reception and consultation space
  • Structured appointment systems and diaries
  • Strong clinical, operational, and admin support
  • Close collaboration with Audiologists and store teams
  • Everything is built around delivering a calm, organised, and reassuring experience for every customer.

The Role:

  • As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and reschedules
  • Make daily confirmation calls to help reduce no-shows
  • Respond to general enquiries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare
  • Engage with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings
  • Support clinic administration, including payments, stock control, and filing
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

This is a store-based role, working 5 days per week, including some weekends.
