The clinic environment:
- You’ll work within a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support a smooth, professional customer journey, including a welcoming reception and consultation space.
- Structured appointment systems and diaries.
- Strong clinical, operational, and admin support.
- Close collaboration with Audiologists and store teams.
- Everything is built around delivering a calm, organised, and reassuring experience for every customer.
The Role:
As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and reschedules.
- Make daily confirmation calls to help reduce no-shows.
- Respond to general enquiries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare.
- Engage with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings.
- Support clinic administration, including payments, stock control, and filing.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.
This is a store-based role, working 5 days per week, including some weekends.
