About the Role: As a Hearing Wellness Advisor you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge hearing technology, perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive, fully funded training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy, making this an ideal stepping stone into a clinical audiology career with opportunities for progression into advanced hearing care roles.

Training & Career Progression - Your Path to a Future in Audiology: At Boots Hearingcare, we are committed to providing you with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to build a successful career in audiology. From fully funded training to practical experience in-store, our structured development program sets you up for long-term success in the industry.

Your Training Journey: Training is spread over several months, ensuring a structured learning approach. Sessions take place at our dedicated Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno, covering core audiology knowledge, customer interactions, and specialist procedures. Accommodation and expenses are fully covered, so you can focus on learning and development.

  • Gain practical experience working alongside experienced Audiologists.
  • Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance.
  • Learn how to confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways with customers.

Specialist Skills & Advanced Hearing Services: Progress into specialist training, including wax removal (Micro Suction), providing an essential service to customers. Learn about advanced hearing technology and develop the ability to recommend tailored solutions for a variety of hearing needs.

This role isn’t just a job—it’s the first step toward a long-term career in hearing care. By completing our training program, you will be well-positioned to:

  • Progress into clinical audiology roles, working towards formal audiology qualifications.
  • Develop into a Hearing Care Specialist, taking on more responsibility in hearing assessments and ear care services.
