If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology—and you’re open to a 12-month fixed term opportunity that genuinely elevates your day-to-day, this could be a great next step.

This is an opportunity to own a high performing, established clinic in Sedley Place, supported by a strong and loyal customer base, with the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova behind you.

The clinic environment includes:

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist (12-month FTC), you’ll:

  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

During the contract, you’ll have access to:

  • Ongoing CPD and clinical development
  • Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
  • The opportunity to demonstrate leadership, performance, and clinical excellence
  • Strong performance during the FTC may open up opportunities across our wider clinic network

What we’re looking for:

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
