You’ll work across multiple brands and audiences, bringing product launches, campaigns and customer communications to life in a role that combines creativity with real commercial impact. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage your own projects, contribute creative ideas, and ensure consistent brand execution, while also supporting customer‑focused design initiatives. In return, you will join a collaborative and fast‑paced environment with opportunities to grow and develop your creative expertise.

More about the role:

  • Design and deliver creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications across digital and print channels.
  • Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and engaging design solutions.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and customers to develop tailored design materials.
  • Take ownership of multiple concurrent design projects, effectively prioritising workload to deliver high‑quality outputs on time across campaigns, brand initiatives and customer requests.
  • Support and guide a Junior Designer, providing feedback and helping to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. agencies, print suppliers).

More about you:

  • Experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or in‑house environment (mid‑level profile).
  • Strong hands‑on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong visual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders and customers.
  • Proactive, organised, and team‑oriented mindset.

Nice to have:
