- Provide continuity and stability across the region
- Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
- Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio

- Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want to broaden their impact and take the next step in their career. Progression opportunities include:
- Senior / Regional Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
- Lead or Mentor positions supporting newly qualified clinicians
- Involvement in multi-site performance improvement and best practice sharing
- Future regional or leadership pathways as our network continues to grow
You’ll also benefit from:
- Ongoing CPD and clinical development

- The opportunity to shape how hearing care is delivered across our clinics
What’s in it for you:
- Car allowance: £5,064 per annum

- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own Car.
