If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who enjoys variety, clinical autonomy, and commercial impact, and you’re looking for a role that goes beyond being tied to a single clinic, this could be your next move. This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care, backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.
The multi-store environment:
- You’ll work across a number of modern, well-equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.
The role offers:
- Access to the latest hearing technology and full product portfolio
- Advanced diagnostic equipment across sites
- Structured diaries that allow time for high-quality consultations
- Clear regional planning, not ad-hoc cover
- Strong operational and clinical support
This role is about impact and influence, not just filling gaps.
As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
- Provide continuity and stability across the region
- Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
- Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required
Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to broaden their impact and take the next step in their career. Progression opportunities include:
- Senior / Regional Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
- Lead or Mentor positions supporting newly qualified clinicians
- Involvement in multi-site performance improvement and best practice sharing
- Future regional or leadership pathways as our network continues to grow
You’ll also benefit from:
- Ongoing CPD and clinical development
- Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
- The opportunity to shape how hearing care is delivered across our clinics
What’s in it for you:
- Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
- Paid Mileage
- Monthly bonus scheme
- 25–30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Boots Discount Card
- Free hearing aids (if required as an employee)
- Free flu vaccination (discounted for family members)
- Flexible Benefits Box – tailor your package
- Telus wellbeing support – confidential support inside and outside work
- Long service awards recognising your contribution
What we’re looking for:
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own Car.
