As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life through high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. Working closely with marketing teams and stakeholders, you will translate ideas into engaging and impactful creative assets. You’ll work across multiple brands and audiences, bringing product launches, campaigns and customer communications to life in a role that combines creativity with real commercial impact. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage your own projects, contribute creative ideas, and ensure consistent brand execution, while also supporting customer‑focused design initiatives. Design and deliver creative assets for:
- Campaigns
- Product launches
- Brand communications across digital and print channels
Responsibilities include:
- Translating marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and engaging design solutions
- Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
- Working directly with internal stakeholders and customers to develop tailored design materials
- Taking ownership of multiple concurrent design projects, effectively prioritising workload to deliver high-quality outputs on time across campaigns, brand initiatives and customer requests
- Supporting and guiding a Junior Designer, providing feedback and helping to maintain quality standards
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g. agencies, print suppliers)
About You:
- Experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or in‑house environment (mid‑level profile)
- Strong hands‑on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong visual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders and customers
- Proactive, organised, and team‑oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience working with both digital and print design
- Exposure to customer‑facing design projects
