About the role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life through high‑quality visual content across digital and print channels. Working closely with marketing teams and stakeholders, you will translate ideas into engaging and impactful creative assets. You’ll work across multiple brands and audiences, bringing product launches, campaigns and customer communications to life in a role that combines creativity with real commercial impact.
This is a hands‑on role where you will manage your own projects, contribute creative ideas, and ensure consistent brand execution, while also supporting customer‑focused design initiatives. - Design and deliver creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications across digital and print channels
- Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and engaging design solutions
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
- Work directly with internal stakeholders and customers to develop tailored design materials
- Take ownership of multiple concurrent design projects, effectively prioritising workload to deliver high‑quality outputs on time across campaigns, brand initiatives and customer requests
- Support and guide a Junior Designer, providing feedback and helping to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. agencies, print suppliers)

- Experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or in‑house environment (mid‑level profile)
- Strong hands‑on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong visual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders and customers
