The role:

  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
