About Us: Experience enhanced hearing with Boots Hearingcare. We specialise in tailored solutions for hearing challenges, offering comprehensive assessments, expert fittings, and dedicated aftercare. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hearing Wellness Advisors. In this role, you will advise and support customers, promoting our hearing services in-store. We offer full training, a competitive salary, and once in store, you will be eligible to receive a monthly bonus in addition to your base salary and other excellent company benefits.
About the Role: This role will be based out of our brand-new World of Hearing store, which focuses on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer-centric environment. It is designed to offer an immersive experience that enhances the journey for individuals seeking hearing solutions. The World of Hearing stores typically feature the following elements:

As a Hearingcare Advisor, you will:
- Provide customers with detailed information about our Hearingcare services.
- Offer personalised advice on ear health and hearing maintenance.
- Perform routine hearing screening tests and schedule assessments for our Audiologists.
- Assist customers with hearing aid maintenance and care.
- Promote and sell consumables and ear care products.
- Train in specialised Hearingcare services, including wax removal through Micro Suction.
- Support the Audiologist with other hearing-related health checks as needed.
- Help achieve store KPIs by keeping diaries busy with appropriate appointments.
- Work closely with Boots Opticians and Pharmacy teams to promote hearing care.
- Foster great partnerships with in-store Audiologists and team members.
Person Specification:
- Confidence in approaching and engaging customers.

- Ability to attend training at our Boots Hearingcare Academy.

Training: During your initial training, you will spend 5 individual weeks (around one week per month) away from home at the Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno. All accommodation and expenses are fully paid for, and you will also receive in-store and online training sessions. Once qualified, you will support our customers and in-store Audiologists, engaging actively with customers and providing specialised advice.
