We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Commercial Marketing to lead our EMEA efforts across a rapidly evolving consumer electronics portfolio. This person is responsible for translating consumer insights into growth-driving marketing programs that win at shelf, online and with key retail partners, driving product adoption and long-term customer loyalty. This role is for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable setting long term commercial marketing strategies alongside rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns and trade activations. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, brand strategy, creative and product marketing teams to position Sonos for growth across key European markets. You will also lead a team of regional Commercial Marketing Managers to deliver locally relevant programs and campaigns. What You’ll Do

  • Regional Commercial Execution:
    • Execute global commercial playbooks in-region
    • Ensure retail readiness and merchandising quality
    • Deliver on-time, on-spec launch execution
    • Identify growth opportunities through analysis of market trends, competitive activity, consumer behaviour and channel performance data
  • Sales Enablement and Deployment:
    • Deploy global sales tools and narratives locally
    • Ensure sales teams are prepared and aligned
    • Coordinate sales events and partner activations with revenue team
  • In-region Coordination:
    • Act as the execution lead across sales team, retail, distribution and channel partners
    • Support regional PR (earned activation only)
    • Align timing and execution, not messaging or strategy
  • Market Signal:
    • Surface local insights, execution challenges, and partner feedback
    • Identify what is working, what is breaking, and why
    • Provide clear, actionable feedback to global teams
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, coach and develop a team of Commercial Marketing Managers
    • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and commercial rigour within the team
    • Manage commercial marketing budget end to end alongside regional marketing MDF and OPEX

What You’ll Need

  • 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience in a commercial marketing environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing commercial marketing strategies that have driven measurable revenue and market share growth
  • Experience managing brands or campaigns across multiple European markets, with an understanding of local consumer dynamics and retail landscapes
  • Background in trade or channel marketing is a strong advantage
  • Experience managing, developing and raising the bar for a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have

  • A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry is a bonus
  • Hands-on knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) use cases for business and marketing
  • Previous experience in a European role, managing performance across different markets and cultures
