Spanning 3,800+ displays in 17 countries, which requires both attention to detail and the ability to step back and assess the region as a whole.This role sits at the intersection of global marketing, regional commercial teams and a network of external agencies. You will translate EMEA retail strategy into clear, well-structured briefs for agencies and retail partners, hold those partners accountable to agreed standards and timelines, and drive continuous improvement in how the programme operates.Internally, you will report to the EMEA Retail Display Manager and work with the wider EMEA commercial marketing team,, the Global Brand Experience team, Finance and Legal. You are delivering executional excellence across EMEA with our agencies and Display Manager, ensuring all parties are informed, aligned and delivering to the standard Sonos expects at store level.The role suits someone who is highly organised, an effective communicator across internal and external stakeholders, and comfortable being detail orientated across multiple projects at the same time. Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme and Project ManagementSupport the end-to-end EMEA POS programme management with agency partner executional support: estate integrity, display rollouts, ad hoc installations, relocations and dismantling across all marketsSupport cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, regional Commercial Marketing and the Global Commercial Activation & Enablement teamKey contributors towards the onboarding of new agencies and Sonos stakeholders, ensuring clear processes, ownership and SLAsNPI Rollouts and RetrofitsSupport EMEA execution of all new product introduction (NPI) POS retrofits and rollouts, from initial briefing and prototype review through to in-store completion and final reportingCoordinate regional requirements, store lists, tour plans and installation partners for each NPI waveManage PO tracking and invoice approvalCapture post-rollout learnings and implement process improvements ahead of subsequent launchesArtwork, Content and TranslationsCoordinate POS artwork production, agency briefings, localisation and translation workflows across all marketsTrack artwork budgets and ensure timely delivery aligned to NPI and campaign calendarsAbout YouEssential4+ years of experience in retail operations, POS or visual merchandising programme management, ideally within consumer electronics, lifestyle or premium FMCGProven ability to manage complex, multi-market programmes across EMEA, including agency management, multi-currency budgets, cross-functional stakeholder coordination and multiple concurrent workstreamsCommercially confident: experienced in budget ownership, PO management, invoice review and finance reportingA collaborative team player who can build effective relationships cross-functionallyExcellent communicator; able to operate confidently at all levels from partner agencies to senior leadershipNice to HaveFluency in a second European language (German or French preferred)#Li-HybridYour profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
