This role is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance from our Glasgow office and should expect to be in the office approximately 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Support full-cycle hiring across EMEA region in a wide range of both technical and non-technical roles as well as levels, including Early Career/Intern through Director.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers/leaders to translate business goals into smart, scalable sourcing strategies that meet immediate needs as well as building long-term talent pipelines.
  • Drive a consistent, data-informed hiring process that helps teams identify the best candidate and inform decisions through market insights.
  • Manage a fast-paced requisition load being able to carry at least 15+ unique searches at a time.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience—building relationships, understanding each person beyond their rĂ©sumĂ©, and offering a transparent view into our culture and teams.
  • Proactively source and nurture diverse talent pipelines through networking, outreach, marketing, and long-term relationship building.
  • Evaluate candidates holistically, assessing technical/functional skills and behavioral competencies, and presenting high-quality finalists to hiring managers.
  • Guide and coach hiring teams on how to reduce bias, increase inclusion, and stay accountable to building diverse teams.
  • Facilitate thoughtful, balanced debriefs where all interviewers’ perspectives are heard and the team aligns on the strongest candidate.
  • Craft, deliver, and negotiate competitive offers, backed by market data and internal alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with broader People team colleagues on initiatives and project work.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience with technical and non-technical roles (specifically software engineering).
  • Minimum of 3 years of passive recruiting and sourcing using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other web tools.
  • Work 3 days per week out of our Glasgow office.
  • You use AI in your day to day, and data to help inform recruiting strategy.
  • Beyond tools, you actively employ other strategies and practices to build your talent network.

  • Experience using Workday as your ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You excel at remaining flexible and resilient in times of ambiguity and change.
  • You know what great hiring looks like and aren’t scared to flex some influence muscle when needed, during the hiring process if things are going off course.
  • You are detail-oriented and have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • You are a team player with a natural curiosity to learn and contribute ideas, opinions, and observations to the hiring process and the Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative approach and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
