Our CRM ecosystem is foundational to delivering exceptional experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. Salesforce sits at its core, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OMS, and B2B/B2C Commerce, powered by Agentforce across the platform. The Professional Commerce team builds the Salesforce capabilities that help Sonos dealers and partners do business with us. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will work on the B2B Dealer Portal and the partner workflows behind it — from onboarding to quoting — turning defined business needs into tested, maintainable solutions alongside product owners, functional partners, and senior engineers.
What You'll Do
- Build and enhance dealer-facing features in the B2B Dealer Portal, including ordering, order visibility, and account self-service.
- Support partner workflows in Salesforce, including onboarding, tier management, deal registration, and quoting.
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and standard platform features.
- Implement and support scoped Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities for dealer and partner experiences, following established designs and validating behaviour with senior engineers and functional partners.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, implementation, unit testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Resolve issues within established Salesforce processes, escalating complex problems when appropriate, and troubleshoot application and integration issues with operations teams, the Salesforce Platform team, and external partners.
- Support data quality, system reliability, and platform performance through careful implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of partner reporting and integrations.
- Follow established engineering standards, including code review, documentation, development workflows, and Salesforce environment, deployment, and change management practices.
- Continue to build Salesforce platform knowledge and contribute to team learning and improvement.
