Overview
PR and Influencer Manager, EMEA – UK & Growth Markets is responsible for driving earned media and influencer activity in the UK and potentially Growth Markets, delivering against Sonos’ Earned objectives, and contributing to business growth through cultural storytelling, product launches, and partnerships. The role collaborates with media, creators, tastemakers, and distributor partners to localize global strategies for regional impact. This role can be done from home or from Sonos offices in the United Kingdom (London or Glasgow) or remotely.
What You’ll Do
- Elevate brand heat and cultural relevance through earned-first storytelling, PR campaigns, and influencer/creator activations.
- Lead the development and execution of an integrated earned and influencer strategy for the UK and potentially other markets, including:
- Localizing global initiatives to fit cultural context and audience needs.
- Launching NPIs/NFIs with impact, adapting global press materials and messaging where needed.
- Driving local cultural initiatives that support regional marketing priorities.

- A passionate comms professional who knows how to drive conversation and cultural resonance in today’s fast-evolving earned landscape.
- A strategic thinker and strong storyteller, with proven experience in public relations, influencer marketing, and cultural communications in both established and emerging markets.
- Skilled at managing through influence, with experience collaborating across distributor or partner-led markets.
- Diplomatic and adaptable, with the ability to build trust and alignment with external partners while safeguarding Sonos’ brand voice.
- Adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple markets and priorities.
- A collaborative team player and trusted cross-functional partner.
- Comfortable navigating cultural nuance across diverse regions and building strong local networks.
- Agile, positive, and adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic a plus.
- Willing to travel as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 6-8 years PR experience working at an international company/client/agency, in the consumer electronics, lifestyle or entertainment industry.
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of the local media, cultural and influencer landscape
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships cross-functionally and across different time zones.
- Ability to balance critical thinking with tactical execution
- Excellent writing and communications skills.
- Proficient in: Google Suite of services (sheets/drive/slides, etc) and Microsoft Office.
