What You’ll Do:

  • Manage scheduling and organizing in‑person and webinar training sessions for external partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training‑related marketing communications.
  • Effectively communicate training schedule and session details for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage paperwork and reporting for continuing education programs and certifications, working closely with groups like CEDIA, AVIXA, NHAB, and the AIA.
  • Maintain training records, track participant details, and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Generate reports for leadership on training metrics, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the logistics for in‑person or virtual training events, including room bookings and attendee registration.

What You’ll Need:

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a training or technology environment.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Zoom Webinars.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and task management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work with data and manage training records accurately.
  • The ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia for potential team events.
  • Language fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training software, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Relevant experience working with training certifications and accreditation programs including but not limited to AIA, CEDIA, AVIXA, NHAB.
  • Additional language fluency in Spanish, French, German, Japanese.
  • A love of the music and home theater experience.
